This policy outlines Clout’s zero-tolerance approach toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and details how we address any reports or incidents involving such activities.

 

Zero-Tolerance Statement

Clout strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, or inappropriate content involving minors. We do not permit, promote, or tolerate the creation, sharing, or possession of any material that depicts, encourages, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
If such content or behavior is reported or identified, Clout will take immediate and decisive action, including:

• Permanent removal of the reported content.

• Suspension or termination of the offending user’s account.

• Reporting the incident to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection agencies, as required by law.

 

Platform Oversight and Enforcement

Clout does not actively monitor or pre-screen content uploaded or shared by users.
However, we maintain a robust reporting and enforcement mechanism to ensure that any CSAE-related content or behavior, once brought to our attention, is dealt with swiftly and responsibly.
Our response process includes:

• Reviewing all reported content or user accounts.

• Taking necessary actions such as content removal, account suspension, or escalation to authorities.

• Maintaining documentation of actions taken for accountability and compliance.

 

User Reporting and Support

We rely on our user community to help keep Clout safe. Users can report any suspicious or harmful content directly through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting our support team at support@tryclout.com.
Every report is reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team, and strict action is taken if the report is found valid.

 

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Clout fully cooperates with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies in investigations related to CSAE or other criminal activities. We respond to verified legal requests while adhering to applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

 

Protection of Minors

Clout is primarily intended for adult creators and audiences. To protect minors, we implement preventive measures such as:

• Age verification and consent checks during registration.

• Prohibition of any content involving or depicting minors in sexualized or exploitative contexts.

• Immediate removal and escalation of any reported violation involving minors.
